Your invitation request is personal. We collect the minimum information needed to reply to you and handle it carefully.
1. Who is responsible for your data?
KŌMØ Riviera, within the KŌMØ ecosystem, is responsible for the data collected through this website for the purposes described below. Contact: contact@komolongevity.com. The legal publisher details are available in the Legal Notice.
2. Information we collect
When you request an invitation, we collect your first name, email address, city or country, selected edition, attendance profile and any practical note you choose to provide. We also collect standard campaign parameters when present in the link used to reach the site.
Please do not submit health information, medical records or other sensitive information through this form. The form is designed not to request it.
3. Why we use it
- to confirm your email address and manage your invitation request;
- to contact you about availability, proposed dates and practical arrangements;
- to maintain a limited invitation list and prevent duplicate requests;
- to understand which communications lead to requests, where consent has been given.
The legal bases are your consent, and steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
4. Email confirmation and service providers
We use Brevo to operate a double opt-in email confirmation process and, where configured, to notify the KŌMØ Riviera team of a new request. Brevo processes information on our instructions. Hosting is provided through Netlify once the site is deployed. Access is restricted to people who need it to manage the weekend.
5. Retention
If you do not confirm your email, your request will not be treated as an active invitation. Confirmed invitation data is kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful exchange, unless a longer period is required for a confirmed contractual relationship or legal obligation.
6. Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information, or object to its processing where applicable. You may withdraw consent at any time. Write to contact@komolongevity.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the relevant data protection authority, including the CNIL in France.
7. Cookies
This site does not place advertising or analytics cookies by default. Standard technical logs may be processed by the hosting provider for security and operation. If analytics or other non-essential cookies are added in future, this notice and the consent mechanism will be updated before they are activated.
8. Changes to this notice
We may update this notice when the service evolves or legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
