3. The experience
KŌMØ Riviera Signature Weekend is an invitation-based hospitality, education and wellbeing experience. Programme elements, venues, hosts and exact timing may change where reasonably necessary due to weather, safety, availability or operational requirements. The organiser will provide materially equivalent alternatives where possible.
4. Medical boundary
The KŌMØ Motion Session is a non-diagnostic functional movement and wellbeing session. It is not medical advice, a medical consultation, diagnosis, rehabilitation prescription or treatment. Participants should seek advice from an appropriately qualified health professional for any medical concern. Participants must inform the organiser before attendance of any practical limitation that may affect safe participation in group movement activities, without sending medical records through the website form.
5. Invitation and payment
Submitting the website form is not a booking and does not take payment. A place is confirmed only after the organiser has accepted the request in writing, confirmed availability and received the agreed deposit. The final written proposal will set out the date, venue, included services, price, payment timetable, cancellation conditions and any applicable travel or accommodation arrangements.
6. Prices
Displayed prices are indicative 2026 prices, in euros including VAT, for non-festival and non-peak dates and the stated group size. They may vary with hotel, venue, room type, date, group composition, transport and selected optional services. Final prices are those in the accepted written proposal.
7. Intellectual property
The KŌMØ name, logo, website content, visual identity, programme design and materials are protected by applicable intellectual property rights. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorisation.
8. Liability
We take reasonable care to keep website information accurate and the experience safely organised. However, the website is provided for general information and the organiser cannot guarantee that it is free from technical interruption or error. Nothing in this notice limits liability that cannot legally be excluded.
9. Applicable law
These website terms are governed by French law, subject to mandatory consumer protection rules that may apply in the participant’s country of residence. Any dispute should first be addressed to the organiser at the contact address above.
